Delivery Times
Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. Please take into account potential exceptions to this timeframe during national bank holidays or in the event of unforeseen delays with the logistics provider.
The Process from Order to Delivery
Phase 1: Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing and processing your order, you will receive a detailed order confirmation via email. This message contains a full overview of your purchase.
Phase 2: Preparing for Shipment
Our team carefully packs your purchase and prepares it for shipment. As soon as the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a separate email from the shipping service. This email includes a unique tracking link, allowing you to follow your shipment via our monitoring service.
Phase 3: Tracking your Shipment
Using the provided tracking information, you can keep an eye on the exact location and expected delivery time of your package. This ensures you are always fully informed about the status of your delivery and can await its arrival with confidence.
Please note: You will receive your tracking code after a few days. Do not worry if you do not receive it immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to exchange or return online purchases within fourteen (14) days of receipt without giving a reason. Feel free to try the items on quietly at home, just as you would in a physical store. We kindly ask you to handle the items you do not wish to keep with care and to return them in their original condition and packaging. This ensures a smooth process for all parties.
Handling your Return
Always include the original invoice or packing slip inside the return package. Clearly state your preferred action:

Exchanging Items
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? Please send an email to info@caronclothing.com to request a return shipping label. The shipping costs for sending the new, replacement item back to you will be covered by us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you choose not to exchange and only wish to return the items, the costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Acceptance
To ensure returned items are resaleable, we reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in value if the items are not returned in their original condition.
Returns may be rejected if:

The original packaging or tags are missing.

There are heavy creases or wrinkles due to careless packaging.

The items have been worn, used, or washed.

Damage or stains have occurred after receipt.

There are signs of use, such as body odours or perfume.
The following hygiene products are excluded from returns:

Underwear / lingerie.

Swimwear without an intact hygiene strip.

Accessories / jewellery (such as earrings).
Please note: Returns sent via regular letterbox post will not be accepted.
Important Points to Note

Always keep the Track & Trace code of your return package. Without this proof of postage, we cannot investigate if a package goes missing.

Did you receive a product as part of a promotion that included a free gift? Please ensure this gift is also included in your return shipment. If the gift is missing, its regular retail value will be deducted from your refund.
